摘  要:为了研究酮肟钾盐与18-冠醚-6在有机溶剂中的配位反应过程,阐明配合物的稳定常数与配方消毒性能的内在联系,采用电导法研究了25℃条件下2,3-丁二酮单肟钾(KBDO)和丙酮肟钾盐(K-DMKO)与18-冠醚-6分别在四乙二醇二甲醚、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、乙醇和乙腈中的配位反应,计算了1∶1配合物的稳定常数和摩尔电导率。研究结果表明,在4种溶剂中,KBDO与18-冠醚-6配合物的稳定常数大小分布为:乙醇>四乙二醇二甲醚>乙腈>N-甲基吡咯烷酮;K-DMKO与18-冠醚-6配合物的稳定常数大小顺序为:乙醇>N-甲基吡咯烷酮>乙腈>四乙二醇二甲醚。2种配合物在4种不同主溶剂中形成的消毒剂配方,对芥子气模拟剂2-氯乙基乙基硫醚(2-CEES)的消毒反应动力学基本符合一级反应动力学规律。酮肟盐消毒剂配方消毒速率不仅与配合物在溶液中的稳定常数大小有关,还与配合物在溶剂中的溶解度有关,是以上两种主要影响因素共同作用的结果。In order to study the coordination reaction between ketoxime potassium salt and 18-crown-6 in organic solvent,meanwhile elucidating the internal relation between the stability constant of the complex and the decontamination property of the formula,the conductivity method was used to study the coordination reaction of two ketoxime potassium salts with 18-crown-6 in tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether,N-methylpyrrolidone,ethanol and acetonitrile at 25℃,and the stability constant and molar conductivity of the complex was calculated.The research results show that in the four solvents,the stability constant size distribution of 2,3-butanedione potassium monooxime and 18-crown-6 complex is ethanol>tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether>acetonitrile>N-methylpyrrolidone,the order of the stability constants of the acetoxime potassium salt and 18-crown-6 complex is ethanol>N-methylpyrrolidone>acetonitrile>tetraethylene glycol dimethyl ether.The kinetics of the decontamination reaction of decontaminants formed by the two complexes in four different main solvents against the mustard gas simulant 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfide(2-CEES)accords with the law of first-order reaction kinetics.The decontamination rate of these ketoxime salt decontaminants formulation is not only related to the stability constant of the complex in the solution,but also related to the solubility of the complex in the solvent,which is affected by the two main influencing factors above.
