摘 要:为评价30000 m^(3)/h烟气量(相当于10 t/h燃煤工业锅炉)凝并器性能,比较不同结构凝并器在不同入口含尘气流速度下的凝并效果,采用ANSYS Fluent流体仿真软件对两种结构凝并器进行性能对比仿真模拟。结果表明:改进后的凝并片更适合于将超细粉尘(纳米级和次微米级)凝并为细颗粒(微米级),可有效填补电除尘器对次微米颗粒捕集效率低的缺陷;随着速度的降低,凝并器阻力下降明显,入口速度5 m/s时的凝并器阻力不超过500 Pa,两者为正相关关系;与15 m/s入口速度相比,入口速度5 m/s时的粗颗粒凝并率降低不到10%;1μm以下超细颗粒凝并率随速度降低而升高,最高凝并率达90%。可见,凝并片布置形式对凝并器性能影响较为显著,合理的结构形式对性能提升具有促进作用。In order to evaluate the performance of the condenser with a flue gas volume of 30000 m^(3)/h(equivalent to a 10 t/h coal-fired industrial boiler),and compare the coagulation effect of different types of condensers under different inlet velocity of dust laden air,ANSYS Fluent fluid simulation software was used to simulate and simulate the performance of two structure condensers.The results show that the improved condensate tablets are more suitable for coagulation of ultrafine dust(nanometer and submicron)into fine particles(micron level),which can effectively fill the defect that the electrostatic precipitator has low collection efficiency for submicrometer particles.With the decrease of speed,the resistance of the condenser has dropped significantly,and the resistance of the condenser at the entrance speed is not more than 500 Pa,both are positively correlated.Compared with the inlet velocity of 15 m/s,the coarse particle condensing rate at the inlet velocity of 5 m/s is less than 10%.The coagulating rate of ultrafine particles below 1μm increases with the decrease of velocity,and the highest coagulating rate reaches 90%.It can be seen that the layout of the condensing sheet has a significant influence on the performance of the condenser,and a reasonable structure can promote the performance improvement.
