摘　　要：四川大学华西医院近年来建立了基于人事信息系统的职称智能辅助评审机制,使职称评审工作更加便捷、高效,整个过程更加公开透明。本文对其进行介绍,以期为医疗机构人事考评决策提供参考依据。West China Hospital of Sichuan University has explored and established an intelligent assistant evaluation mechanism for professional titles based on the personnel information system,which makes the evaluation more convenient,more efficient,and the whole process more open and transparent.This paper aimed to introduce it and to provide references for evidence-based decision-making of medical institutions.
