摘 要:使用500 t卧式冷室压铸机对4Cr5Mo2V钢及分别含1%(质量分数)Ni、Co的4Cr5Mo2V钢进行铝合金压铸试验。使用金相显微镜、体视显微镜和超景深显微镜观察压铸不同模次后试样的表面形貌,采用肖氏硬度计测量试样表面硬度,对比分析Co、Ni的添加对4Cr5Mo2V钢抗粘模和冲刷性能的影响。结果表明:在压铸过程中,4Cr5Mo2V钢的表面粘模现象最严重,铝液冲刷最剧烈,表面硬度迅速下降。Co和Ni的添加能有效提高4Cr5Mo2V钢的抗粘模和冲刷性能以及硬度,且Co的作用要大于Ni。Aluminum alloy die-casting experiments were carried out on 4Cr5Mo2V steel and 4Cr5Mo2V steels containing 1%by mass of Ni and Co respectively by using a 500 t horizontal cold chamber die casting machine.The surface morphology of the samples after different cycles of die casting was observed by the metallographic microscope,stereomicroscope and ultra-depth of field microscope,and the surface hardness of the samples was measured by Shore hardness tester,to compare and analyze the effect of Co and Ni additions on the resistance to die sticking and erosion of 4Cr5Mo2V steel.The results showed that during die-casting process,the 4Cr5Mo2V steel surface exhibited the most serious die sticking and the most severe erosion of molten aluminum,resulting in a rapid decrease in the surface hardness.The additions of Co and Ni could effectively improve the resistance to die sticking and erosion as well as the hardness of 4Cr5Mo2V steel,and the effect of Co was stronger than that of Ni.
