摘 要:以梅山钢铁厂3号烧结机的烟气为例,介绍了从烧结烟气中脱除硫化物(SO_(2))、氮氧化物(NO_(x))及粉尘的方法。生产实践表明:臭氧氧化结合半干法脱硫脱硝可实现烧结烟气中污染物的超低排放,脱硫率大于98%,脱硝率达到88%,出口粉尘含量低于5 mg/m^(3)。此外,实施烧结烟气污染物超低排放后,脱硫灰生成量增加了约55.7%,脱硫灰中硫酸钙含量增加,亚硫酸钙含量减少,成分更稳定,可用作建筑材料。Taking flue gas derived from sinter machine No.3 of Meishan Iron and Steel Plant as an example,the method of removing sulfide(SO_(2)),nitrogen oxide(NO_(x))and dust from the flue gas was introduced.From production practice it was showed that ultra-low emission of pollutants in the flue gas would be achieved by ozone oxidation in combination with semi-dry method,desulfurization ratio being over 98%,denitration ratio being up to 88%,and exit dust content being less than 5 mg/m^(3).Besides,after the implementation of ultra-low emission of the pollutants in the sintering flue gas,the amount of ash produced during desulfurization increased by approximately 55.7%,the desulfurizing ash contained more calcium sulfate and less calcium sulfite,and exhibited even more stable composition,being able to be used as a construction material.
