摘　　要：因温差、震动、压力等原因,高炉热风炉炉壁易破裂、脱落。碎砖被高压热风吹至热风阀区域,会引发阀门卡阻等问题,导致高炉无计划休风,严重影响高炉的正常生产。为此,韶钢发明了一种安装在热风炉底座的在线排砖装置。该排砖装置能自动收集和在线排除碎砖,从而确保高炉能正常生产。该装置已安装于韶钢6、8号高炉,并使用了2个月,期间高炉未发生因热风炉卡砖而导致的休风,取得了良好的效果。Wall of hot-blast stove used for blast furnace is easy to break and fall off due to temperature difference,vibration and pressure.The broken bricks will be blown to the hot blast valve area by high-pressure hot air,and give rise to problems of valve jam,thus resulting in unplanned shut-down of the blast furnace,affecting normal production of the blast furnace seriously.For this reason,an on-line brick removal device,which was mounted on base of the hot-blast stove,was invented in Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.The brick removal device can collect and in-situ remove the broken bricks automatically,thus making certain that the blast furnace may operate normally.This device has been installed in blast furnaces No.6 and 8 in Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,and was used for two months;in the meantime the shut-down of the blast furnace caused by seizure of the broken bricks from hot-balst stove did not occurred,achieving satisfactory result.
