摘  要:通过水热法制备了SO_(4)^(2-)插层的钙铝水滑石(CaAl-SO_(4)-LDH),采用XRD,FTIR,SEM,ICP-OES等方法对制备的CaAl-SO_(4)-LDH进行表征,探究了CaAl-SO_(4)-LDH超稳矿化Cd^(2+)的动力学和热力学过程。实验结果表明,CaAl-SO_(4)-LDH对Cd^(2+)的超稳矿化过程符合准二级动力学模型,当Cd^(2+)初始质量浓度为50 mg/L时,线性相关系数为0.9981;CaAl-SO_(4)-LDH对Cd^(2+)的超稳矿化过程符合Langmuir模型,表明该矿化过程以化学作用为主,在CaAl-SO_(4)-LDH层板上发生了同晶取代;CaAl-SO_(4)-LDH对Cd^(2+)的矿化过程是一个可自发进行的吸热反应,升高温度有利于超稳矿化过程的进行。Sulfate intercalated calcium aluminum hydrotalcite(CaAl-SO_(4)-LDH)was synthesized via hydrothermal method and characterized by XRD,FTIR,SEM and ICP-OES.The kinetic and thermodynamic processes of ultra-stable mineralization of Cd^(2+)on CaAl-SO_(4)-LDH were explored.The experimental results show that the ultra-stable mineralization process of Cd^(2+)on CaAl-SO_(4)-LDH conforms to the quasi-second-order kinetic model and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9981 when the initial mass concentration of Cd^(2+)is 50 mg/L.The mineralization process also conforms to the Langmuir model,which indicates that the mineralization process is dominated by chemical action,and isomorphous substitution occurs on the CaAl-SO_(4)-LDH laminate.The mineralization process is a spontaneous endothermic reaction,and can benefit from the increasing temperature.
