摘 要:选取支化预交联凝胶颗粒(B-PPG)和聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)复配得到非均相复合体系,确定了总质量浓度在2400 mg/L下非均相复合体系的最佳复配比例,同时对非均相复合体系的渗流驱油性能进行研究。实验结果表明,1200 mg/L B-PPG+1200 mg/L HPAM的非均相复合体系为最优配方,体系中B-PPG颗粒粒径与孔喉直径比值在37.75~53.27之间时,体系能匹配通过多孔介质的孔喉。非均相复合体系中B-PPG颗粒的黏弹性能够拉动“盲端”内的残余油,使其被“拉、拽”出来,非均相复合体系均衡驱替前缘的作用能调整平面非均质性,使得原油采收率提高了19.84百分点。The heterogeneous composite system was obtained by the combination of branchedpreformed particle gel(B-PPG)and polyacrylamide(HPAM),and the optimal compounding ratio was determined under the total mass concentration of 2400 mg/L.Meanwhile,the percolation flooding performance of the heterogeneous composite system was studied.The results show that the heterogeneous composite system of 1200 mg/L B-PPG+1200 mg/L HPAM was the optimal formula.When the ratio of B-PPG particle size to pore throat diameter was between 37.75 and 53.27,the system could match the pore throat of the porous medium.The viscoelasticity of the B-PPG particles in the heterogeneous composite system could pull the residual oil in the“blind end”,causing it to be“pulled”out.The balanced displacement front of the heterogeneous composite system could adjust the planar heterogeneity,resulting in a 19.84 percentage point increase in oil recovery.
