摘  要:甲烷部分氧化制合成气具有能耗低、甲烷转化率和合成气选择性高等特点。反应过程中催化剂的活性及稳定性是决定反应的关键因素。传统颗粒催化剂易失活、机械强度低,难以满足反应要求,因此规整结构载体的整体式催化剂成为目前的研究重点。通过对比整体式催化剂与传统颗粒催化剂的性能,论述了整体式催化剂的结构、组成和催化活性等。介绍了不同活性组分的整体式催化剂的特点及应用,为整体式催化剂在甲烷部分氧化制合成气的工业化应用提供理论基础和发展方向。The partial oxidation of methane to syngas has attracted intensive attention because of its low energy consumption,high conversion rate and selectivity.The activity and stability of the catalyst are the most important factors in the reaction.For the conventional bead catalyst,it is readily to get deactivated and the mechanic strength is relatively low,which is hard to satisfy the reaction requirements.Therefore,monolithic catalyst has becoming the main research focus.By comparing the catalytic properties between the monolithic and conventional catalysts,the structure,composition and reactivity for the monolithic catalyst have been addressed.And then,the characters and applications of monolithic catalysts based on different active components were summarized,which can be helpful proving the theoretical basis and future development direction for the monolithic catalyst in the partial oxidation of methane to syngas.
