摘  要:综述了丁二烯氢氰化法制己二腈催化剂的研究进展,并对催化机理和反应工艺进行了介绍。由于双齿配体的空间效应和电子效应的特点,它与金属镍合成的双齿配体络合物催化剂在丁二烯氢氰化反应中表现出优异的活性和线性选择性,是该技术应用和研究的重点。对目前各级氢氰化所用催化剂存在的问题进行了阐述,并指出了未来可能的研究思路及挑战。The research progress of butadiene hydrocyanation to adiponitrile was reviewed,and the catalytic mechanism and reaction process were introduced.Due to the characteristics of steric and electronic effects of bidentate ligands,bidentate ligand complex catalysts synthesized with metallic nickel have excellent activity and linear selectivity in butadiene hydrocyanation,and have been the focus of technical application and research for a long time.The current problems of each step catalyst were explained,and possible future research ideas and challenges were pointed out.
