摘  要:锂亚硫酰氯电池作为仪表等设备的关键备用电源,其容量状态直接影响设备及系统的运行可靠性。针对智能电表实际工况下锂亚硫酰氯电池寿命及可靠性难以评估或评估精度较低的问题,提出一种加速退化试验、容量退化建模及电池可靠性评价方法。所使用的半失效物理退化模型可以准确描述容量退化趋势,结合电池容量分散性,可以对锂亚硫酰氯电池进行可靠性评价,为预测实际工况下电池使用寿命提供参考。Lithium thionyl chloride batteries are used as key backup power sources for instruments and other equipment,and their capacity status directly affects the operational reliability of equipment and systems.Aiming at the problem that the life and reliability of lithium thionyl chloride batteries are difficult to evaluate or the evaluation accuracy is low under actual working conditions of smart meters,this paper proposes an accelerated degradation test,capacity degradation modeling,and battery reliability evaluation methods.The semi-failure physical degradation model used in this paper can accurately describe the capacity degradation trend,combined with battery capacity dispersion,can evaluate the reliability of lithium thionyl chloride batteries,and provide a reference for predicting battery life under actual operating conditions.
