摘 要:针对防空反导背景下弹炮结合防空系统部署方案的决策需求,提出一种基于三角模糊数与熵权法的两阶段弹炮结合防空效能评估模型。利用三角模糊法对影响弹炮结合防空系统的4类15个指标进行评价,区分效能指标的极值参数变化特征并进行标准化,得到防空系统部署方案指标效能的评估初值矩阵,结合熵值法和加权平均算子,确定指标阶段效能系数的模糊度量值,构建弹炮结合防空部署方案的综合评价模型。通过仿真分析与计算,该模型能够有效应用于弹炮结合防空系统部署方案的决策评价,为指挥决策提供数据支撑。Aiming at the decision requirements of the deployment scheme of the combined artillery and gun air defense system under the background of air defense and anti-missile,a two-stage evaluation model of the combined artillery and gun air defense ef⁃fectiveness is proposed based on the triangular fuzzy number and entropy weight method.Triangular fuzzy method is used to influ⁃ence the integrated missile air defense system of 4 class 15 indexes to evaluate and distinguish the extreme value of parameters varia⁃tion characteristics and efficiency indexes for standardization and effectiveness of air defense system deployment scheme index evalu⁃ation of initial matrix,the entropy value method and weighted average operator are combined,the effectiveness of the measure phase coefficient of fuzzy metric values is determined,integrated missile air defense deployment scheme of the comprehensive evalu⁃ation model is built.Through simulation analysis and calculation,the model can be effectively applied to the decision evaluation of the deployment scheme of the missile and gun combined air defense system,and it provides data support for the command decision.
