摘  要:通过几何分析找到适合某一口径弹丸的径向型EFP战斗部装药半径范围,并通过LS-DYNA仿真软件,结合正交分析方法对不同装药半径下变壁厚球缺型药型罩壁顶厚、罩口罩顶厚度比、药型罩外曲率半径和装药长径比对EFP成型规律的影响进行研究。结果表明:药型罩壁顶厚、罩口罩顶厚度比对EFP速度起反向作用,装药长径比对EFP速度起正向作用;药型罩壁顶厚、药型罩外曲率半径对EFP长径比起反向作用,装药长径比对EFP长径比起正向作用。最后,通过对比分析不同装药半径下的战斗部结构优化方案,找出适合某一口径弹丸的优化设计方案。Through the geometric analysis to find the radial type EFP charge radius range suitable for a certain caliber projec⁃tile,and through the LS-DYNA simulation software,combined with the orthogonal analysis method,the influence of the wall top thickness,the top thickness ratio of the cover,the curvature radius of the charge and the ratio of the charge length to the EFP form⁃ing law of the variable wall thickness ball under different charge radius is studied.The results show that the ratio of the top thickness to the top thickness of the EFP,the ratio of the length to the diameter of the EFP,the ratio of the length to the diameter of the EFP and the ratio of the length to the length to the forward.Finally,by comparing and analyzing the structure optimization scheme of war⁃head under different charge radius,the optimal design scheme suitable for a certain caliber projectile is found out.
