摘　　要：煤炭行业正面临着行业发展的新时代新常态,实现煤炭企业高质量转型发展是碳达峰、碳中和目标提出的新的更高要求。通过建立煤炭企业传统和综合能源发展模式之间的演化博弈模型,得出综合能源发展模式的期望收益明显高于传统能源发展模式;研究了龙煤集团高质量转型发展的模式及其应用实践,得出煤炭企业高质量转型发展有利于缓解环境保护压力,促进地区经济的持续发展,具有显著的节能、环保和社会效益。The coal industry is facing a new era and new normal of industry development,realizing the high-quality transformation and development of coal enterprises is a new and higher requirement put forward by the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.By establishing the evolutionary game model between the traditional and comprehensive energy development mode of coal enterprises,it was concluded that the expected income of the comprehensive energy development mode was significantly higher than that of the traditional energy development mode;the high-quality transformation and development mode and its application practice of Longmay Mining Holding Group were studied,the results showed that the high-quality transformation and development of coal enterprises was conducive to alleviate the pressure of environmental protection,promote the sustainable development of regional economy,and had significant energy-saving,environmental protection and social benefits.
