摘 要:针对神东矿区辅巷多通道快速回撤技术在下部煤层应用中多次出现压架冒顶事故,采用理论分析、数值模拟等方法研究回撤阶段工作面压架冒顶机理。对比分析神东矿区多个工作面回撤情况后确定调节巷为事故灾害的诱因,调节巷使得工作面部分区域顶板悬空面积加大,随着埋深的增加,调节巷围岩的变形量和煤体应力极值显著增加,容易导致煤体大面积破坏而引发顶板事故。基于煤体稳定性确定了神东矿区工作面调节巷适用的埋深为200 m。据此提出了当埋深超过200 m时对调节巷进行充填或重新开掘新的主回撤通道、根据矿压规律科学地选择挂网位置等防治措施,并在大柳塔矿52303工作面进行了应用。In view of the repeated support compression and roof falling accidents during the application of multi-channel rapid equipment removing technology in auxiliary transportion roadway in the lower coal seam in Shendong mining area,the mechanism of support compression and roof falling in the working face during the equipment removing stage were studied by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.After comparing and analyzing the equipment removing conditions of multiple working faces in Shendong mining area,it was determined that the adjustment roadway was the inducement of accident and disaster,which increased the suspended area of roof in some areas of the working face.With the increase of buried depth,the deformation of surrounding rock and the extreme value of coal stress of the adjustment roadway increased significantly,which was easy to lead to large-area damage of coal and roof accident.Based on the coal stability,the suitable buried depth of adjustment roadway of the working face in Shendong mining area was determined as 200 m.On the basis,when the buried depth of adjustment roadway exceeded 200 m,some control measures were put forward,such as filling the adjustment roadway,excavating a new main equipment removing roadway,or scientifically selecting the hanging net position according to the law of mine pressure,which had been applied in 52303 working face of Daliuta Coal Mine.
