摘  要:为了提高Φ4.2m×13.5m球磨机水泥联合粉磨系统产量,降低系统电耗,通过改造水泥磨选粉机、增加收尘系统过滤面积,增设辊压机系统三分离选粉机,调整系统工艺流程等技术措施,实现了提产降耗的目标,水泥磨系统平均产量提升了18.83t/h,工序电耗降低了4.47kW·h/t。In order to improve the output of the cement combined grinding system of theϕ4.2m×13.5m ball mill and reduce the power consumption of the system,technical measures were carried out including transforming the cement mill separator,increasing the filtering area of the dust collection system,adding the three-classified separation of the roller press system,adjusting the system process flow and so on.The goals were achieved.The average output of the cement grinding system was increased by 18.83t/h,and the process power consumption was reduced by 4.47kW·h/t.
