摘 要:以一年生株龄的短毛独活(老山芹)为试验材料,分别设置赤霉素浓度(50、100、150、200 mg·kg^(-1))、浸根时间(8、16、24 h)两个因素组合处理,研究不同赤霉素处理对冬季日光温室老山芹生长及品质的影响。结果表明,赤霉素处理可有效缩短冬季老山芹萌芽时间,提高萌发率,促进叶片生长,提高产量,改善品质,使叶绿素、黄酮、皂苷、香豆素及多糖含量提高。综合来看,以200 mg·kg^(-1)赤霉素浸根16 h处理的老山芹萌发效果最好、生长最快、产量最高;100 mg·kg^(-1)赤霉素浸根24 h处理有利于老山芹黄酮、皂苷、香豆素、多糖等功能成分含量的提升。Taking one-year-old Heracleum moellendorffii Hance as test material,setting up different gibberellin concentration(50,100,150,200 mg·kg^(-1)),respectively and making 2 factors group treatments with root soaking time(8,16,24 hours),this paper studied the effects of different gibberellin treatments on growth and quality of H.moellendorffii Hance in winter solar greenhouse.The results showed that gibberellin treatment could effectively shorten the germination period of H.moellendorffii Hance in winter,enhance germination rate,promote leaf growth,increase yield and perfect quality,meanwhile,increase the contents of chlorophyll,flavonoid,saponin,coumarin and polysaccharide.In conclusion,the treatment of soaking root of H.moellendorffii Hance by 200 mg·kg^(-1) gibberellin for 16 hours,the effect of H.moellendorffii Hance germination was the best,its growth was the fastest and yield was the highest.The treatment of soaking root in 100 mg·kg^(-1) gibberellin for 24 hours was in favour of lifting the contents of functional ingredients including flavonoid,saponin,coumarin and polysaccharide in H.moellendorffii Hance.
