摘 要:本文针对入口含气率低于0.1条件下柱状旋流器内气液分离性能开展实验研究,获得入口气液流量对气泡运动过程、分离效率、压降以及压力分布的影响规律。结果表明,气泡群按照近似螺旋线向中心移动,且存在气泡径向运动突然加快的现象。受湍流弥散及周围气泡尾迹等影响,气泡群中单个气泡运动规律与旋流场中单气泡运动特性有所区别。溢流水流量和溢流水分流比例与入口气液流量大小密切相关。分离器压降随着气液流量增加而增加。通过比较分离器壁面压力沿轴向分布,发现切向入口形成的气液旋流快速衰减,未能有效向下游发展。The gas-liquid separation performance in cylindrical cyclone is studied experimentally under the condition that the inlet void fraction is less than 0.1.The effects of inlet gas and liquid volume fluxes on the bubbles motion,separation efficiency,pressure drop and pressure distribution are obtained.The results indicate that bubbles trajectory follows a spiral line approximately and the bubble radial velocity increases suddenly at certain position.Under the action of turbulent dispersion and other bubbles wake the bubble movement process of bubble swarm is different from that of single bubble in swirl flow.The liquid flowrate and split ratio in overflow pipe are closely related to inlet two phase flowrates.The pressure drops increase with the increase of inlet gas and liquid flowrates.By comparing the wall pressure distribution along the separator axis,it is found that the gas-liquid swirl flow formed by tangential injection decays rapidly and fails to develop sufficiently downstream.
