摘  要:参数Sw可以预测内置纽带圆管内的二次流强度,这一参数是几何参数和工况参数的组合数,并不依赖速度场的局部信息,方便实际应用。首先,本文采用数值模拟方法研究了扭转矩形管内周期性充分发展的层流流动和传热特性,分析了工况条件和几何条件对扭转矩形管内二次流特性的影响。其次,推导了扭转矩形管内无量纲参数Sw的定义式,并用普适性参数Se考核了这一参数预测扭转矩形管内二次流强度的准确性。最后,本文得出了Sw和平均努塞尔数及阻力系数的关联式。本文的研究有一定的学术价值和工程应用价值。The parameter of Sw can be used to express the intensity of secondary flow induced by the tube with twist tape insert.The parameter is a combination number of geometric and working condition parameters without the detail information of flow field.Thus,it is convenient in engineering.Firstly,numerical simulation method is used in this paper to investigate the characteristics of periodic fully developed laminar flow and heat transfer in twisted rectangular tube,and the effect of geometric and working condition parameters of twisted rectangular tube on secondary flow is investigated.Then,the definition of Sw used to predict the intensity of secondary flow in twisted rectangular tube is established,and the accuracy of Sw is checked by comparing with the dimensionless parameter Se.At last,the correlations between Sw and averaged Nusselt number or friction factor are established.And the research has important academic and application significance.
