摘 要:基于消光法原理搭建了轴对称火焰碳黑浓度测量平台,并通过测量乙烯层流扩散火焰碳黑浓度验证了该测量平台的可靠性。利用该实验平台进一步对橡木和松针两种固体燃料的轴对称层流扩散火焰进行了测量研究,通过对橡木和松针层流扩散火焰的质量损失速率和碳黑体积分数的对比分析,发现固体燃料火焰碳黑体积分数的径向分布沿轴向方向呈现出由双峰到单峰分布的变化特征,碳黑体积分数峰值出现在火焰中部;橡木火焰的碳黑体积分数高于松针,表明橡木火焰的碳黑生成能力更高,这也导致了橡木火焰的燃烧速率比松针更快。Based on the principle of light extinction method,an experimental platform was set up to measure the soot volume fraction of axisymmetric flames.The reliability of this platform was firstly verified by measuring the soot concentration of ethylene laminar diffusion flame.Then axisymmetric laminar diffusion flames of oak and pine needles were studied experimentally by using the platform.According to the comparative analysis of the mass loss rate and soot volume fraction of the oak and pine needles flames,it was found that:the soot volume fraction radial profile of solid-fuel laminar diffusion flames changes from double-peak to single as the height increases,and the peak value of soot volume fraction emerges in the middle region of the flames;by comparison with pine needles flame,the oak flame has higher soot concentration,which indicates that oak has a higher propensity of soot formation,resulting in a higher combustion rate.
