摘 要:采用聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚与丙烯酸反应制备了环氧丙烯酸酯(PEGDGE-AA),然后通过LED固化制备了PEGDGE-AA/聚乙烯醇(PVA)双网络水凝胶海洋防污涂层,探讨了PEGDGE-AA与PVA配比对防污涂层的力学性能及吸水溶胀性能的影响,并研究了防污涂层在人工海水中对硅藻生长的影响和抗硅藻附着性能。结果表明:PEGDGE-AA/PVA双网络水凝胶的拉伸强度高于PVA单网络水凝胶,且随PEGDGE-AA含量的增加,双网络水凝胶拉伸强度及弹性模量增加,断裂伸长率下降,吸水率下降,其中PEGDGE-AA10PVA5双网络水凝胶的拉伸强度最高,拉伸强度在570 kPa左右,弹性模量为12.7 kPa,断裂伸长率为47.0%。人工海水模拟实验结果证明,水凝胶涂层的存在对小新月菱型藻的生长基本无影响,但能阻碍其附着在涂层表面,所制备的PEGDGE-AA/PVA双网络水凝胶具有较好的海洋防污能力。Epoxy acrylate(PEGDGE-AA)was synthesized by using polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and acrylic acid,which was further blended with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)to prepare the LED curable PEGDGE-AA/PVA double network hydrogel marine antifouling coatings.The influence of different ratios of PEGDGE-AA and PVA on the mechanical properties and water swelling of hydrogel antifouling coatings were investigated.The influence of hydrogel marine antifouling coatings on diatom growth and diatom resistance were also studied.It was concluded that the tensile strength of the double network hydrogel was higher than that of the single network hydrogel.With the increase of PEGDGE-AA content,the tensile strength and elastic modulus of the hydrogel increased,the elongation at break decreased,and the water absorption decreased.The tensile strength of PEGDGEAA10 PVA5 double network hydrogel was the highest,tensile strength was about 570 kPa,the elastic modulus was 12.7 kPa,and the elongation at break was 47%.Hydrogel coatings presented no effect on the growth of rhomboid crescent,but it could prevent the attachment of diatoms to the surface.The results of artificial seawater simulation test showed that the PEGDGE-AA/PVA double network hydrogel provided good marine antifouling performance.
