摘 要:为探究单官能度单体结构对光固化涂层附着力的影响,以环氧丙烯酸酯为主体树脂,选用常用的几种单官能度(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体作为活性稀释剂,制备了一系列紫外光固化涂料。通过双键转化率测试及旋转流变仪测试对涂层光固化过程进行表征,通过拉拔法对涂层附着性能进行测试。结果表明:单官能度单体结构和用量对涂料固化速度、双键转化率、固化收缩应力和附着力等都会产生影响,单体结构和用量的优化可有效提升涂层在金属基材表面的附着力。相同单体用量下,甲基丙烯酸酯涂层的附着力约为丙烯酸酯涂层附着力的2倍。In order to explore the influence of monofunctional monomer structure on the adhesion of UV-curable coatings,a series of UV-curable coatings were prepared with epoxy acrylate as main resin and several commonly used monofunctional(meth)acrylate monomers as reactive diluents.The UV curing process of the coatings was characterized by the test of double bond conversion rate and the rotational rheometer test,and the adhesion performance of the coatings was characterized by the pull-off method.The results showed that the structure and dosage of the monofunctional monomer would affect the curing speed,double bond conversion rate,shrinkage stress during curing process and adhesion of the coatings.The optimization of the monomer structure and dosage could effectively improve the adhesion of the coatings on the surface of the metal substrate.With the same monomer dosage,the adhesion of the methacrylate coatings was about twice that of the acrylic coatings.
