光/热双重固化羟丙分散体的制备及性能研究

摘  要:利用4-羟基二苯甲酮(4-HBP)和丙烯酰氯合成了4-丙烯酰氧基二苯甲酮(4-ABP),将其与丙烯酸类单体共聚制备了光交联型羟丙分散体(PCHAD),进一步与氨基树脂复配,得到了一系列光/热双重固化羟基丙烯酸酯分散体PCHAD-AR。利用差式扫描量热仪、紫外分光光度计对PCHAD-AR的光/热双重固化行为进行了研究,探讨了光/热双固化顺序和氨基树脂含量对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:加入氨基树脂后不影响双固化体系的光交联行为;最佳固化工艺为先光后热固化,当光固化60 s、170℃热固化20 min,氨基树脂用量为分散体的10%时,涂膜的Tg为57.1℃,凝胶含量达到98%以上,涂膜硬度为3H,柔韧性为0.5 mm,附着力0级,耐酸、耐醇、耐水稳定性均达到10 d以上,相比于单一的光、热固化体系,双固化体系涂膜耐碱性提升,涂膜外观无明显变化的时间由1 d延长至3 d。The 4-Acryloyloxybenzophenone(4-ABP)was first prepared by 4-hydroxybenzophenone(4-HBP)and acryloyl chloride,which was then copolymerized with acrylic monomers to prepare the photo-crosslinkable hydroxyl acrylic dispersion(PCHAD).Finally,the UV/heat dual-curable hydroxy acrylic dispersions PCHAD-AR was prepared by the formulation of PCHAD and amino resin.Ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimeter were employed to investigate the photo-crosslinking behavior of PCHAD-AR.The effects of curing sequence of dual-curing system and amino resin content on the properties of PCHAD-AR were further explored.The results showed that the photo-crosslinking behavior of the dual-cured system was not affected by the incorporation of amino resin.The best dual curing process was UV light irritation firstly for 60 s and then heated at 170℃for 20 min.Under the best dual curing process with the amount of amino resin at 10 wt.%of the dispersion,the Tgof the dual-cured film reached 57.1℃with a higher gel content over 98%.Meanwhile,the hardness of the coatings film reached 3 H,with an adhesion of grade 0,and flexibility of 0.5 mm.The stability of acid resistance,alcohol resistance and water resistance were more than 10 days,and the stability of alkali resistance of the dual curing coatings was improved from 1 day to 3 days compared to the single UV cured or heat cured coatings.
