摘 要:本研究首先利用甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯改性的衣康酸前聚体(GI)和环氧大豆油(ESO)发生开环反应,合成了一种生物基光敏预聚体(GIESO),将所得的GIESO与不同含量的甲基丙烯酸四氢呋喃酯(THFMA)稀释剂均匀混合,制备了一系列紫外光固化涂料。采用FT-IR、1H NMR和GPC对GIESO预聚体的化学结构进行了表征,考察了树脂的紫外光固化行为、生物基含量以及固化后涂膜的热学性能、机械性能和涂膜性能,并进一步研究了涂膜的自修复性能。结果表明:所得光固化材料具有良好的自修复性能,180℃,60 min内划痕修复率为70.0%~94.3%,生物基含量可达70.9%~78.6%,拉伸强度和玻璃化转变温度分别达到了24.6 MPa和98.3℃。Development of self-healing UV-curable coatings from bio-renewable resources is of great significance for sustainable development and environmental protection.In this work,a bio-based UV-curable oligomer was firstly synthesized by ring-opening reaction of epoxidized soybean oil.A bio-based photosensitive oligomer(GIESO)was prepared by ringopening reaction of the glycidyl methacrylate-modified itaconic acid precursor(GI)with epoxidized soybean oil(ESO).Its chemical structure was then characterized by FT-IR,1 H NMR,and GPC.Subsequently,a series of UV-curable coatings were prepared by blending of the oligomer with the tetrahydrofurfuryl methacrylate diluent(THFMA).The UV-curing behaviors and bio-based contents of the reins,and ultimate properties such as thermal,mechanical,and film properties of the coatings were studied.Furthermore,dynamic transesterification reactions were activated at elevated temperatures in the presence of a Zinc catalyst,thus self-healing property was further investigated.Notably,the obtained UV-curable coatings demonstrated good self-healing performance(70.0%-94.3%of the scratch recovery at 180℃for 60 min),high bio-based contents(70.9%-78.6%),and high performance(tensile strength and glass transition temperature up to 24.6 MPa and 98.3 oC,respectively).
