摘 要:石塑(SPC)地板在地板材料中的市场占比逐渐增加,其表面保护及功能性UV固化涂料的产量也逐年上升。目前SPC地板涂料主要是以汞灯光源固化为主,存在一系列的能耗及环保问题。UV-LED固化具有降低能耗,改善环境质量的重大意义,但氧阻聚等问题导致涂层性能不佳。本文探究了UV-LED固化自由基体系和阳离子体系SPC地板涂料,结果表明通过配方优化自由基体系涂层的性能较好,阳离子体系SPC地板涂料面漆因不受氧阻聚影响显示出优异的耐划痕、耐磨等性能。The market share of SPC(stone plastic composite)flooring in flooring materials is gradually increasing,and the production of surface protection and functional UV coatings is also increasing year by year.At present,SPC floor coatings are mainly cured by mercury lamp,which has many energy consumption and environmental protection problems.The UV-LED radiation curing has great significance to reduce energy consumption and improve environmental effect,but there are also problems such as oxygen inhibition,which lead to poor performance.In this paper,two kinds of UV-LED cured SPC floor coatings were developed from free radical photocuring system and cationic photocuring system.The results showed that free radical system could achieve better performance through formula optimization.Cationic photocuring provided excellent scratch resistance and wear resistance of SPC floor coatings due to its non-oxygen inhibition property.
