摘  要:定量测定了蒲葵纤维的化学组分,测试了蒲葵纤维的拉伸性能、柔软度、密度、回潮率及吸湿放湿性能,研究了该纤维的截面形貌及红外光谱。结果表明:蒲葵纤维化学组成与黄麻接近,木质素和半纤维素含量较高;拉伸性能和柔软性均优于黄麻纤维;纤维密度为1.12 g/cm^(3),低于黄麻纤维;回潮率为11.68%,吸湿放湿速率均低于黄麻纤维;截面中的孔洞或沟槽较黄麻纤维明显;红外光谱与黄麻类似,透过率低于黄麻纤维。The quantitative determination of the chemical composition of sabal fiber is determined;Tensile properties,softness,density,moisture regain and moisture absorption performance are tested;The cross-section morphologyand infrared spectrum of the fiber are also studied.The results show that the chemical composition of sabal fiber is close to that of jute,but the contents of lignin and hemi-cellulose are higher;The tensile properties and the softness of sabal fiber are better than those of jute fiber;Fiber density is 1.12 g/cm^(3),which is lower than that of jute fiber;The moisture regain rate is 11.68%,and the moisture absorption rate and dehumidification rates are lower than those of the jute fiber.The holes or grooves in the section are more obvious than jute fiber;Infrared spectrum is similar to jute fiber,while the transmittance is lower.
