摘　　要：为了探讨CD-DF868浆料对棉纱的上浆效果,以CD-DF868、PVA-1799、SFS变性淀粉和蜡片为因素设计了正交试验,配制了8种不同配方的浆液,并对14.5 tex纯棉纱进行上浆,测试了浆纱的强伸性、毛羽指数和耐磨次数等浆纱性能指标。采用可能好水平组合和极差分析法分析了浆纱性能指标,获得的CD-DF868浆料用于14.5 tex纯棉纱的最佳浆液配方工艺如下:CD-DF868浆料占64.2%、PVA-1799浆料占6.9%、SFS变性淀粉占27.5%、蜡片占1.4%。In order to explore the sizing effect of CD-DF868 size on pure cotton yarns,eight different sizing formulations are made by CD-DF868 size,PVA-1799 size,SFS starch size and wax according to the orthogonal test.Pure cotton yarns of 14.5 tex are sized by the above eight sizing formulations.Then,the sizing performance indexes such as strength and elongation,feather fingers and wear resistance times of sizing are tested.The sizing performance indexes are analyzed by the possible good level combination and range analysis method.The optimal sizing formula process of CD-DF868 size for 14.5 tex pure cotton yarn is as follows:the proportion of CD-DF868,PVA-1799,SFS starch and wax is 64.2%,6.9%,27.5%and 1.4%respectively.
