摘　　要：针对异型曲面预制体的三维针刺自动化织造关键技术需求,设计了一种可以生产高品质碳纤维异型预制体的异型预制体三维针刺机,其由针刺部件、随动针梁部件、旋转托网板部件、进料部件及机架等组成,可以实现自动化针刺异型曲面预制体制品,并且通过更换托网板的形状可以针刺出不同形状的封闭或不封闭曲面预制体制品。According to the key technical requirements of 3D automatic needling weaving for profiled curved surface preform,a special-shaped 3D needling machine for producing high-quality carbon fiber special-shaped preform is designed.It is composed of acupuncture parts,follow-up needle beam components,rotating supporting net plate components,feeding parts and frame,etc.The 3D needle punching machine for non-woven special-shaped preforms could realize automatic needling of irregular curved surface preforms,and different shapes of closed or unclosed curved surface preforms,such as aircraft radomes,can be produced by changing the shape of the supporting grid plate.
