摘 要:应用超快激光制孔技术以获得更高质量的涡轮叶片气膜冷却孔已在国内外得到广泛研究。介绍了国外超快激光加工较大深径比小孔的技术动态,并描述了基于2.1ps脉冲宽度、400μJ脉冲能量的超快激光加工小孔的孔壁质量,小孔深度与加工的效率相关性,毫秒、纳秒、皮秒激光加工小孔对单晶高温合金试样疲劳性能的对比结果;针对发动机带热障涂层的叶片、双层壁结构叶片加工气膜冷却孔以及异型气膜冷却孔等,进一步描述了相应的工艺研究结果;最后针对超快激光加工叶片气膜冷却孔技术工程化应用提出了下一步应重点开展的研究工作。Making film cooling holes by ultrafast laser in turbine blade of single crystal superalloy to obtain better quality was studied widely at home and abroad.Ultrafast laser drilling research status abroad on making relatively high depth-diameter-ratio was briefly introduced at first.Then the quality of hole’s wall,the relationship between of hole’s depth and efficiency made by ultrafast laser at 2.1ps pulse width,400μJ pulse energy and experimental results of fatigue life comparison of three groups samples of single crystal superalloy with holes which were made by ms,ns,ps laser separately were presented.The technical research results were described on making film cooling holes in turbine blades with thermal barrier coatings,in double wall blades and processing shaped film cooling holes.Further research focused on putting ultrafast laser drilling technology into production of making film cooling holes in turbine blades was proposed.
