摘　　要：对发挥科研管理在医学院高层次拔尖人才培养建设中的作用进行探讨。要强化科研的能动性,树立主观科研思维,保障人才在项目实施过程中的规范化、制度化,强化项目经费管理,完善科研评价和激励机制,旨在完成高层次拔尖人才的培养系统工程建设,满足医疗市场化竞争的需求。The research explores the role of scientific research management in high-level talents training in the medical college.It is suggested to strengthen the initiative of scientific research,establish subjective scientific research thinking,guarantee the standardization and systematism of talents training in project implement process,strengthen project funds management,and perfect scientific research evaluation and incentive mechanism,in order to achieve the training system engineering construction of high-level talents,and satisfy the demands of medical marketization competition.
