摘　　要：主蒸汽温度由543℃提高至571℃,主蒸汽流量1950 t/h降低至1885 t/h,主汽压力不变,再热器温度压力基本不变。改造范围主要是调整过热器系统受热面积,并进行材料更换或升挡,同时根据汽水参数变化情况,对再热器和省煤器等受热面进行调整,相应管道、阀门也随之进行更换,维持原超临界锅炉方案炉膛尺寸不变,保持尾部烟道的中间隔墙不变。改造后顶棚过热器发生泄漏一次。The main steam temperature is increased from 543℃to 571℃,the main steam flow rate is reduced from 1950 t/h to 1885 t/h,the main steam pressure remains unchanged,and the reheater temperature and pressure remain basically unchanged.The scope of the transformation is mainly to adjust the heating area of the superheater system,and carry out material replacement or upshifting.At the same time,according to the changes of the soda and water parameters,the heating surfaces such as the reheater and the economizer are adjusted,and the corresponding pipes and valves are also replaced accordingly.Keep the original furnace size of the supercritical boiler plan unchanged,and keep the middle partition wall of the tail flue unchanged.After the renovation,the roof superheater leaked once.
