球体联箱内水蒸汽流动的数值研究

摘  要:提出一种新型球体联箱,采用CFD方法对其进行数值分析,使用LES大涡模拟,对入口速度60、80和100 m/s时水蒸气在联箱内的流动进行分析,并对比出口管的速度分布,提出联箱分配性。得出结论:新型球体联箱为内结构对称性高,各出口管道的差异较小,相同层的出口管道,边缘速度较低,中间出口速度较高。μ各工况下都大于柱体联箱,最大约其1.45倍,入口速度波动时,上升所需时间长,为上升的4倍,波动时出口速度相对大小变化,入口速度下降时出口差异增加,上升时减小。A new type of spherical header was proposed,which was numerically analyzed by CFD method.Les large eddy simulation was used to analyze the flow of water vapor in the header,with the inlet velocities of 60 m/s,80 m/s and 100 m/s,and the velocity distributions of the outlet pipe compared.A new evaluation standard of flow distribution was brought out.It was concluded that the new spherical header had a high symmetry structure inside the sphere and there were small difference of velocity in outlet pipes.The velocity distributions of outlet pipes in the same layer showed lower velocity near the edge and higher velocity near the center.After all,theμwas about 1.45 times larger than the column header at most.When the inlet speed went up,it took a long time,which was 4 times of the went down process.When the inlet speed fluctuates,the relative size of the outlet speed changed.When the inlet speed decreased,the difference of outlet velocity’s increased,and it decreased when it went up.
