摘 要:文中分别对脱硫废水石灰-碳酸钠软化-沉淀池-过滤和氢氧化钠-碳酸钠软化-管式微滤膜(TMF)软化联合软化处理工艺原理、工艺流程进行详细归纳,并分别对该处理工艺的软化原理、分离原理、预处理、运行工序、处理效果、投资及经济成本等因素进行了比较分析。其次对电渗析、叠管式反渗透浓缩减量处理技术的工艺原理、工艺流程进行了详细归纳,并分别对该处理工艺的操作压力、优缺点及应用业绩等因素进行了比选考量。In this paper,the principle and process flow of double-alkali softening-precipitation-filtration,double-alkali softening-tubular micro-filtration combined softening treatment for desulfurization wastewater are summarized in detail,the factors such as softening principle,separation principle,pretreatment,operation procedure,treatment effect,investment and economic cost are compared and analyzed.Secondly,the process principle and process flow of electrodialysis and stack tube reverse osmosis concentration reduction technology are summarized in detail,the operation pressure,advantages and disadvantages and application performance of the treatment process were compared and considered.
