油井水泥防腐用水性树脂A-E44的制备及性能

摘　　要：针对油井水泥环受到井下应力挤压、剪切作用时,易开裂形成微裂缝,进一步导致酸性流体的侵蚀,危害固井安全和寿命的问题,使用2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)对环氧树脂E44进行接枝改性,制备出水性环氧树脂油井水泥防腐剂A-E44。对制备的产品进行红外表征与乳液分散稳定性能测试,结果显示AMPS成功接枝到环氧树脂E44上;同时,A-E44乳液性能稳定,粒径小且分布窄。加入4%A-E44的树脂水泥石在90℃、8 MPa的CO_(2)分压下腐蚀30 d,其腐蚀深度<2 mm,湿法腐蚀后的抗压强度仅降低18.2%,而对比空白水泥石抗压强度衰退率降低了63.8%,显示出A-E44优良的防腐性能。SEM照片显示,加入A-E44的树脂水泥石内部存在聚合物膜结构,是其抗CO_(2)腐蚀的主要原因。When the oil well cement ring is subjected to downhole stress extrusion and shearing,it is easy to crack and then form micro-cracks,which further leads to the erosion of acidic fluids and endangers the safety and life of cementing.In this paper,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS)was used to graft-modify epoxy resin E44 to prepare water-based epoxy resin A-E44.We performed infrared characterization and emulsion dispersion stability tests on the prepared products,and the results showed that AMPS was successfully grafted onto epoxy resin E44;at the same time,A-E44 emulsion had stable performance,small particle size and narrow distribution.The resin cement stone with 4%A-E44 was corroded at 90℃and 8 MPa CO_(2) partial pressure for 30 d,the corrosion depth was less than 2 mm,and the compressive strength after wet corrosion was only reduced by 18.2%,compared with the blank cement stone The compressive strength decay rate is reduced by 63.8%,showing the excellent anti-corrosion performance of A-E44.SEM results show that the polymer membrane structure inside the resin cement stone added with A-E44 is the main reason for its resistance to CO_(2) corrosion.
