摘　　要：国有林场转型关系到全国几十万职工的生存发展,科学研究其转型发展策略具有重要意义。采用SWOT-PEST法确定了评价体系的大致方向,根据德尔菲法结合研究对象实际情况拟定了5个景观系统和19个具体评价指标,并根据AHP法对指标体系进行了权重赋予,最终进行了旅游景观评价。研究结果表明:1)上清林场7个区块中,各板块平均得分4.4分,最高得分为北部济头源和薛家厂;2)旅游景观评价可以用于指导国有林场转型的产业空间划分和产业时序控制;3)基于SWOT-PEST法和AHP法的旅游景观评价可以作为国有林场转型发展的一种参考性科学决策方法;4)旅游景观评价兼具旅游资源评价和景观评价的优势,并能回避二者的不足;5)旅游景观评价的结果并不能只看总分,需结合各系统及具体指标得分进行综合解读。The transformation of state-owned forest farm is related to the survival and development of hundreds of thousands of employees in China.Scientific research on its transformation and development strategy is of great significance.The general direction of the evaluation system is determined by SWOT-PEST method.According to the Delphi method and the actual situation of the research object,five landscape systems and 19 specific evaluation indexes are formulated,and the weight of the index system is given according to the AHP method.Finally,the tourism landscape evaluation is carried out.The results show that:1)Among the seven blocks of Shang Qing forest farm,the average score of each block is 4.4,and the highest score is northern Ji Tou Yuan and Xue Jia Chang;2)Tourism landscape evaluation can be used to guide the industrial space division and industrial time sequence control of the transformation of state-owned forest farms;3)The tourism landscape evaluation based on SWOT-PEST method and AHP method can be used as a reference scientific decision-making method for the transformation and development of state-owned forest farms;4)Tourism landscape evaluation has the advantages of both tourism resources evaluation and landscape evaluation,and can avoid their shortcomings;5)The results of tourism landscape evaluation should not only look at the total score,but also be comprehensively interpreted in combination with the scores of various systems and specific indicators.
