摘 要:河南某伟晶岩型锂多金属矿床矿石性质复杂,选矿指标一直不够理想。采用自动矿物分析仪(AMCIS)、激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(LA-ICP-MS)等先进技术对矿石开展详细的工艺矿物学研究,发现锂的赋存状态较为复杂,锂除了赋存于锂辉石中,还有相当一部分分布于白云母、锂绿泥石、锂磷铝石和锂电气石中,加之锂辉石自身的Li2O含量也较低,是影响锂回收指标的主要因素。通过对锂精矿、尾矿的矿物学考察分析,发现有不少长英质矿物进入到锂精矿中,而损失的锂辉石主要以单体形式存在,且部分颗粒较粗,建议调整药剂制度,优化磨矿工艺,进一步提高锂的回收潜力。The ore properties of a pegmatite-type lithium polymetallic deposit in Henan are complex and the beneficiation performance are not ideal.In this paper,advanced technical means such as AMCIS and LA-ICP-MS has been utilized to study on process mineralogy of the ore.It was found that the occurrence state of lithium was extremely complex,in addition to the occurrence of lithium in spodumene,a considerable part of lithium was also distributed in muscovite,cookeite,amblygonite and elbaite,while the lithium content of spodumene was also low,which was the main factor affecting the lithium beneficiation performance.At the same time,through the mineralogical investigation of the lithium concentrate and tailings,it was found that lithium concentrate contains a certain amount of felsic minerals,while spodumene lost to tailings mainly exists in the form of monomer,part of which are coarse.Adjusting the reagent system and optimizing the grinding process was recommended to further improve the recovery potential of lithium.
