摘  要:采用脉冲电压极化法在5%氧化镁掺杂的铌酸锂晶圆上制作了周期9.8μm的PPMgOLN晶体,用808LD泵浦Nd∶YVO_(4)晶体,采取线性平凹腔结构,优化镀膜方案,精确控温,使1064 nm和1342 nm双波长运转,并通过准相位匹配在极化晶体中的和频实现593 nm黄光输出。在泵浦功率为3 W时,和频光最大输出为255 mW的593 nm激光,光光转换效率为8.5%,输出功率波动1 h内小于2%。PPMgOLN crystals with a period of 9.8μm were fabricated on 5%MgO-doped lithium niobate wafers by pulse voltage polarization method.Nd∶YVO_(4) crystals that pumped with 808 LD are adopted with the linear flat cavity structure and optimal coating scheme.By accurately controlling the temperature,the dual wavelengths of 1064 nm and 1342 nm are operated,and the 593 nm yellow light output is realized through the quasi-phase matching of the sum frequency in the polarized crystal.When the pump power is 3 W,the maximum output of sum-frequency light is 255 mW of 593 nm laser,and the optical-to-optical conversion efficiency is 8.5%,with the output power fluctuation is less than 2%within 1 h.
