第二掌骨侧“腰穴”埋线治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察第二掌骨侧“腰穴”埋线治疗腰椎间盘突出的疗效方法腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组观察组采用第二掌骨侧“腰穴”埋线治疗,对照组采用普通针刺治疗,分别治疗2周、4周后,比较两组治疗前后JOA评分结果两组治疗前后JOA评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)观察组前后JOA评分差值与对照组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论第二掌骨侧“腰穴”埋线是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of catgut embedding at the second nietacarp.il holographir lumbar point on lumb.ir disc herniation.Methods 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with catgut embedding at the second metacarpal waist point,and the control group was treated with common acupuncture.After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment respectively,the JoA(Japanese orthopaedic Association)low hack pain disease efficacy scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The oA scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly dirt'erent from those before treatment in the same group(P<0.01).The difference of JOA score before and after tre«itment in the treatment group was significantly difTerent from that in the control group(P<0.01).The difference of the effective rate bet\veen the two groups was statistically signifu ant(P<0.05).Conclusion Catgut embedding at the second metacarpal and waist point is an effective method to treat lumbar disc herniation.
