器械图谱结合微课小视频在消毒供应中心口腔科器械质量管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨器械图谱结合微课小视频在消毒供应中心行口腔科器械质量管理的应用效果.方法2018年7月~12月采用器械图谱结合微课小视频在消毒供应中心行口腔科器械质量管理为观察组,2018年1月~6月消毒供应中心使用常规方法行口腔科器械质量管理为对照组:比较两组新进护理人员掌握口腔科器械回收清点与包装技术的培训时间、理论考试成绩和技能考试成绩、处理质量和使用图册前后口腔科和供应室护士的满意度结果应用器械图谱及微课小视频后,消毒供应中心新进护理人员在口腔科器械管理中的培训时间明显缩短,理论考试成绩和技能考试成蜻均优于应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)„观察组在回收合格率98.00%、清洗合格率97.20%、包装合格率97.60%,均优于对照组的90.00%,87.00%,89.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用图册后,供应室护士的工作效率提高,减少拖班加班情况,同时也提高口腔科护士对供应室工作的满意度(P<0.05)。结论器械图谱结合微课小视频用于消毒供应中心口腔科器械质量管理中能有效提高器械的回收、清洗、包装合格率,还能够提高工作效率和工作质量,促进科室的合作,提高护士满意度。Objective To explore the applicarion effect of the instrumental map combined with the micro-study video in the disinfection supply center for dental equipment quality management.Methods Retrospective analysis of the device map combined with the micro-learning video in the July to December 2018 disinfection supply center for the application of dental equipment quality management,as an observation group,and the use of the disinfection supply center from January to June 2018 when the conventional method was used for quality man«igement of dental instruments was used as a control group.The training time of the new nursing staff in the disinfection supply center to master,the theoretical test scores and the skill test scores of the dental equipment recovery and packaging technology,the quality of the treatment,the use of the oral cavity before and after the use of the album and the satisfaction of stomatology department and supply room nurse were compared before and after the application of the device map and the micro-learning video.Results After applying the surgical instrument map and the micro-course video,the training time of the new nursing staff in the disinfection supply center was significantly shortened.The theoretical test scores and the skill test scores were significantly better than before the application,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of processing quality comparison,compared with the two groups of data,the observation group had a recovery rate of 98.00%,a cleaning pass rate of 97.20%,and a packaging pass rate of 97.60%,which were superior to the control group of 90.00%,87.00%,and 89.60%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After using the atlas,the work efficiency of the nurses in the supply room had been significantly improved,reducing the situation of overtime shifts,and also improving the satisfaction of the nurses in the supply room.The satisfaction of the two groups of nurses before and after using the album was statistically significant(P<0.05
