本质的永恒与形式的变化--谈编写贯通传统时代与信息时代的《档案学概论》

摘　　要：当代档案学在转型的过程中是面临危机的。新《档案学概论》在内容上贯通传统时代与信息时代,来回应时代的需求。围绕着“变”与“不变”,转型时代的档案学寻找着答案:不变的是档案与档案工作本质的东西,本质意味着永恒。不变的是基础理论,是本质与抽象的东西;改变的是技术与应用,是形式与具象的东西。尤其处于信息时代,笔者正在做出努力,使新《档案学概论》所代表的档案学成为传统档案学与数字档案学融为一体的新档案学。Contemporary archival science is facing crisis in the process of transformation. The new Introduction to Archival Science connects the traditional era and the information age in content to respond to the needs of the times.Around the ’Change ’ and ’unchanged ’, archival science in the transitional era seeks the answer: what remains unchanged is the essence of Archives and archival work, which means eternity. Invariable is the basic theory, is the essence and abstract thing. Change is technology and application, is form and concrete things. Especially in the information age, the author is making efforts to make archival science represented by the new Introduction to Archival Science become a new archival science integrating traditional archival science and digital archival science.
