摘　　要：《“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划》对档案保护工作提出了明确的目标任务,即加快档案保护中心及其机制的建设与完善、加强档案保护技术的研究与应用推广、加大档案保护人才的培养与评价等。同时也提出了发展之策和建设之道,即通过推进国家重点档案保护与开发工程来实现。具体措施包括完善档案保护中心运行机制,提高其运转效率;改进档案保护技术研究方式,促进档案保护技术的推广和应用;完善档案保护人才的培养模式,提升档案保护人才的培养质量和水平。"The 14th Five-year Plan for the Development of National Archives undertaking"has put forward clear goals and tasks for the work of archives protection,that is,to accelerate the construction and improvement of archives protection centers and their mechanisms,to strengthen the research and application of archives protection technology,and to increase the training and evaluation of archives protection talents.At the same time,it also put forward the way of development and construction,that is by promoting the national key archives protection and development project to achieve.The specific measures include improving the operation mechanism of archives protection center to improve its operation efficiency,improving the research mode of archives protection technology to promote the popularization and application of archives protection technology,perfecting the training mode of archives protection talents to improve the quality and level of the training of archives protection talents.
