摘　　要：本文通过分析新《档案法》对司法档案开放利用的规制,考察我国司法档案开放利用现状、限制,借鉴国外司法档案开放利用经验,结合我国司法体制改革和司法公开制度实践,对我国司法档案开放利用提出优化建议。By analyzing the regulation of the open use of judicial Archives by new Archives,inspecting the current status and limitations of the open use of judicial Archives in my country,drawing on foreign experience in the open use of judicial Archives,combining with the practice of my country's judicial system reform and judicial open system,and putting forward optimization suggestions for the development and utilization of judicial Archives in my country.
