国外基于电子文件管理准则下的物联网数据管理分析及启示

摘　　要：通过介绍国外管理物联网数据的经验,得出物联网数据管理要根据物联网数据的属性和特点,依照GARP准则,拓宽NOARK标准,在电子文件管理系统中收集和管理物联网数据。基于这些管理准则,提出我国物联网数据管理要从物联网数据开放、元数据建模、数据保护几方面入手,提高物联网数据质量,实现物联网数据价值。This paper introduces the experience of management of Internet of Things data in the foreign,and concludes that the Internet of Things data management should be based on the attributes and characteristics of the Internet of Things data.According to the GARP criteria,we should extend the NOARK's standard,collect and manage the Internet of Things data in the electronic records management system.Based on these management criteria,it is proposed that the data management of the Internet of Things in China should start from data opening,metadata modeling and data protection to improve the data quality of the Internet of Things and realize the value of the data.
