摘　　要：文章分析了建立流动人口健康档案的必要性,有利于抑制疫情跨区域传播,提升卫生健康基本公共服务的覆盖面,为疫后经济复苏提供人才动力;建议从强化流动人口的建档意识、扩大人口流动信息的采集渠道、落实流动人口的申报责任、建立流动人口的协同机制等方面建立流动人口健康档案。This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing health records of floating population,improving the coverage of basic public health services,and providing talent power for economic recovery after the epidemic;It is suggested that the health records of floating population should be established from the following aspects:strengthening the consciousness of filing,expanding the channels of collecting floating population information,implementing the reporting responsibility of floating population,and establishing the coordination mechanism of floating population.
