摘　　要：发展档案事业,必须依法治档,维护档案的完整,实现档案的价值。加强档案法制建设,就要提高档案工作者的法律意识,规范其职业道德,才能确保档案工作的持续、稳定、健康发展。To develop Archives,we must govern Archives according to law,maintain the integrity of Archives and realize the value of Archives.To strengthen the construction of Archival legal system,it is necessary to improve the legal consciousness of Archivists and standardize their professional ethics,so as to ensure the continuous,stable and healthy development of Archival work.
