摘  要:薄壁件热塑性成形工艺包括热压成形、热校形、高温气压成形、超塑成形/扩散连接、柔性热成形等,是钛合金等难加工材料复杂曲面薄壁件的有效制造方法。钛合金热塑性变形理论研究为各类热成形工艺提供理论基础,指导零件的精确成形,在合适的热成形工艺参数下,可实现钛合金薄壁件制造。结合国内外文献,总结了钛合金高温塑性变形机理、钛合金薄壁件热塑性成形工艺、典型缺陷及解决措施、模具及热成形装备等研究进展,并预测了发展趋势。The hot metal plastic forming technology is an effective manufacturing method to produce the thin-walled parts with complex curved surfaces of the titanium alloy and some other difficult-to-machine materials,including hot pressing forming,creep/stress relaxation forming,hot gas forming,superplastic forming and diffusion bonding,hot flexible forming,and so on.The hot deformation mechanism of titanium alloy is the theoretical basis for the hot metal forming technology.The shapes and performances of the titanium alloy can be coordinately controlled under the appropriate process parameters.The research processes of hot forming technologies,typical defects and their solutions,moulds and high-end hot forming machine tools are summarized.The development trend of titanium alloy thin-walled parts is forecasted.
