摘　　要：按照JJF1587-2016校准规范对标准装置要求,5520A多功能源并不完全具备校准34401A数表的技术能力,采取合理降低34401A数表部分技术性能,同时最大限度保留其技术性能的措施,得到34401A数表主动降级的校准参照指标,保证5520A多功能源符合校准34401A数表的规定要求。给出的34401A数表校准参照指标,是校准人员提供5520A多功能源校准34401A数表计量服务的技术基础,也是数表客户按主动降级指标使用34401A数表的重要依据。According to requirments of the JJF 1587-2016 calibration specification for multimetera, the 5520 A Multi-product calibrator does not have the technical ability to calibrate the HP 34401 A multimeter.Taking measures to reasonably reduce part of the technical performance of the HP 34401 A multimeter while retaining its technical performance to the utmost extent, the resulting calibration reference index for the HP 34401 A multimeter after active degradation can make the technical capability of the 55520 A Multi-product calibrator meet the requirements to calibrate the HP 34401 A multimeter.The HP 34401 A multimeter calibration reference index given is the technical basis for the calibration staff to calibrate the HP 34401 A multimeter with the 5520 A Multi-product calibrator, and it is also the important basis to use the HP 34401 A multimeter according to the active degradation index.
