摘  要:混凝土快速冻融试验机是混凝土极限破坏试验的主要设备,在现代工程建设中有着极为广泛的应用。混凝土冻融试验结果的准确性将直接影响混凝土的抗冻性能指标,这也对冻融试验机的计量校准工作提出了更严格的要求。选择合适的校准方法和温度测量标准器是保证其量值准确传递的最直接有效的方式,用测量精度较高AA级铂电阻温度传感器作为测量标准,并用试块打孔内插的方式测量试块的中心温度和表面温度,同时应用同介质、同工作环境的温度直接比较法得出冻融试验机的温度偏差,直观且准确表征冻融试验机的温度参数性能,实现了对混凝土快速冻融试验机温度参数的校准。Concrete rapid freeze-thaw testing machine is the main equipment of concrete limit failure test, which is widely used in modern engineering construction.The accuracy of concrete freeze-thaw test results will directly affect the frost resistance index of concrete, which also puts forward more strict requirements for the measurement and calibration of freeze-thaw testing machine.Choosing appropriate calibration method and temperature measurement standard is the most direct and effective way to ensure the accurate transmission of its value, use the Verification of AA platinum resistance temperature sensor with high measurement accuracy is used as the measurement standard. The central temperature and surface temperature of the test block are measured by drilling and interpolation. At the same time, the temperature deviation of the freeze-thaw testing machine is obtained by using the direct comparison method of the temperature of the same medium and working environment, which intuitively and accurately represents the temperature parameter performance of the freeze-thaw testing machine, the calibration of temperature parameters of concrete rapid freeze-thaw testing machine is realized.
