荆肤止痒颗粒联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹75例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察荆肤止痒颗粒联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:选择150例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各75例。对照组给予盐酸左西替利嗪治疗;观察组在此基础上联合荆肤止痒颗粒治疗。对比两组治疗效果、症状及实验室指标变化。结果:与对照组比较,观察组疗效更显著(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的各症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的各实验室指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:荆肤止痒颗粒联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效更为显著,可明显改善患者瘙痒症状,减少风团数量和风团大小,效降低IL-4、IgE、sVCAM-1水平,对病情复发起到较好的控制作用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jingfu Zhiyang Granules combined with Levocetirizine Hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods 150 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to our hospital in recent years were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Jingfu Zhiyang Granules on this basis.The treatment effects,symptoms and laboratory index changes between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the effect of the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).The symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The laboratory indexes of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jingfu Zhiyang Granules combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride has a more significant effect in the treatment of chronic urticaria.It can significantly improve the symptoms of pruritus in patients,reduce the number and size of wind masses,and effectively reduce the levels of IL-4,IgE,and sVCAM-1.Play a better control effect on recurrence of the disease.
