中西医结合治疗Ⅲ级痤疮30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝活血汤结合盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊治疗Ⅲ级痤疮的疗效观察及对表皮微生物的影响。方法:将Ⅲ级痤疮患者分为2组,对照组口服盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊;观察组口服疏肝活血汤配合口服盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊。结果:观察组口服疏肝活血汤配合口服盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊较仅口服多西环素的对照组疗效明显提高(P<0.05),观察组总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组66.67%的总有效率。且表皮微生物菌种构成更接近正常人表皮微生物菌种构成。结论:口服疏肝活血汤配合多西环素可提高临床疗效,加强患者依从性。Objective To study the efficacy of Liver Smoothing and Blood Circulation Promoting Soup in combination with Doxycycline Capsules on level-III acne and the influence on epidermal microorganism.Methods Patients with level-III acne were divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with Liver Smoothing and Blood Circulation Promoting Soup in combination with Doxycycline Capsules,and the control group was treated with Doxycycline Capsules only.Results The efficacy of the observation group,which took oral administration of Liver Smoothing and Blood Circulation Promoting Soup in combination with Doxycycline Capsules was significantly higher(P<0.05)than that of the control group,The total effective rate of observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of control group(66.67%),and the epidermal microorganism strain composition of the former was closer to that of normal people.Conclusion Oral administration of Liver Smoothing and Blood Circulation Promoting Soup with Doxycycline Capsules has higher clinical efficacy,and can improve patients’treatment compliance.
